What in the World are RSS Feeds?
What Is RSS?
It’s an easy, anonymous way to subscribe and receive our articles.
RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication or Rich Site Summary. It’s a standardized web document that allows website publishers—like Universal Baguazhang—to automatically produce full, partial, or summarized text. It can add pictures or videos too.

RSS allows people—like you—to gather information quick and easy.
Why Use RSS?
It’s quick and easy, and it’s anonymous. RSS Feeds let you decide when you’ll subscribe and unsubscribe. You’ll never need permission. No one will ever know.
But, because we want to get to know you, Universal Baguazhang prefers that you subscribe by email. If you prefer full anonymity though, try our RSS Feed.
How Do I Use RSS?
You need a Feed Reader (or News Aggregator).
We think the easier method uses your browser’s Feed Reader. Our favorite choice: Opera Browser. Opera’s Feed Reader is integrated, easy, and attractive.
Other browsers have them too. And many email servers (like Google and Yahoo) offer Feed Readers. In fact, many options exist (too many really), find some…here.
One more note: in some browsers, you’ll see the icon right in the address bar. Often you can click it and subscribe instantly.
