		<description>I enjoy the metaphor of changing once the world has stopped so it can spin again.  It&#039;s similar to the thought I have about ideas: that if you have a bad one, it eventually stops and doesn&#039;t go anywhere, whereas a good idea just grows and grows.  Sometimes the world stops for me, stagnation - and if I mix it up - I get the good ideas again: I flow again.  This process usually gets going with movement.
